With experience spanning all phases of design and construction, Ariel understands the importance of communication and teamwork in the success of a project. She believes in the power of empathy to understand different perspectives and needs, while finding innovative design solutions tailored to each client. Ariel’s favorite part of a project is seeing how seeing students and staff interact with a completed space, whether using it as planned or in new, surprising ways.
