EXCELSIOR SPRINGS SCHOOL DISTRICT 40 | LONG RANGE FACILITY PLAN

Location: Excelsior Springs School District 40

iDS was hired in October of 2017 to complete Facility Master Plans for current enrollment and future student growth of the district. iDS evaluated the district’s facilities and documented the basic scope and features of possible new, remodeled and/or additions to current facilities.

Other services include: cost estimates and graphic support for bond election campaigns for the construction of new facilities, development of preliminary plans, final designs, construction documents, specifications, and construction administration.

After evaluation of facilities were complete, iDS completed additions and renovations needed to enhance the district facilities, including the new Cornerstone Elementary School (previously called Westview Elementary), Elkhorn Elementary additions and renovations, Excelsior Springs Early Childhood Center renovations, and Excelsior Springs High School Commons renovations. These district enhancements were completed in 2021.
