GREEN RIDGE R-VIII SCHOOL DISTRICT | LONG RANGE FACILITY PLAN
Location: Green Ridge r-VIII School District
incite Design Studio worked with the Green Ridge School District on various improvements for the school district, including remodeling restrooms, interior improvements to library, upgrading athletic fields, replacing gymnasium floor, building a new parking lot, and converting the garage of the superintendents building into a new weight room.
It was soon determined that a long range facility plan would be a valuable resource for the district. After staff and administration surveys, community input, and steering committee workshops, iDS finalized a plan for proposed projects as follows:
Mechanical improvements - indoor air quality and safety
Electrical improvements and code compliance
Fire alarm improvements
Roofing repair and replacement
Architectural repairs and improvements
