The Mid-America Sports Complex (MASC) is a twelve-field softball and baseball complex. incite Design Studio teamed up with landscape architect Vance Rzepka of VSR Design to complete substantial renovations to this complex. The improvements include synthetic turf fields, LEF sports lighting, concessions/restrooms buildings, a clubhouse building with a fan amenity zone including a playground, walkways and pedestrian lighting.

Both iDS and VSR Design provided an overall complex improvement plan and phasing plan. The team completed construction documents, specifications and contract documents for the first phase of complex improvements. The improvements include ADA compliant access, improved safety and playability of ballfields, incorporation of sustainable design principals, natural landscapes, native plants, water quality best management practices and ecosystem protection into the design of this project. Designs are durable, efficient, and will require minimum maintenance.
