PLATTE COUNTY R-III SCHOOL DISTRICT | ON-CALL + LONG RANGE FACILITY PLAN

Location: Platte County R-III School District

incite Design Studio was hired in late 2019 to complete the facility master plan for the district. iDS spent time in each of the district facilities looking at the current conditions of the building and site. The plan serves as a valuable tool for future facility-related decision making for the district.

iDS will also complete improvements to Platte County High School. The preliminary scope of work is to redesign the existing High School. The total work at the high school will be funded by two separate bond campaigns therefore be completed in two phases.

In addition, iDS will provide on-call architecture services throughout the district.
