SHALIMAR PARK | BALL FIELD COMPLEX IMPROVEMENTS

In late 2016, VSR Design and incite Design Studio began working with the City of Grandview to upgrade the Shalimar Ball Field Complex. The purpose of this project is to develop a quad plex baseball complex, auxiliary structures and features including concession stand, storage building, restrooms and a graded multi-purpose area.

The new Shalimar Park baseball complex will be completed as a design-build project with iDS, VSR Design, Kaw Valley Engineers, and Brown Midwest Contractors. For Phase I, incite Design Studio will compete construction documents for the new concession stand and restroom building for the design-build project. The improvements to the complex began in Spring of 2017 and commenced in May of 2018.
