incite Design Studio previously worked with Dr. Billy Cobb at the Lexington R-V School District where he served as Director of Operations. Excited about the prospect of building on our relationship with Dr. Cobb, and forging a relationship with the Waynesville School District, coupled with our dedication to planning and design, iDS jumped at the opportunity to hand in our qualifications for planning and architectural enhancements for the Waynesville R-VI School District.

incite Design Studio began working with the district in late 2020 on a long range facility plan to determine the growth trends and establish a plan for district facilities. Currently in the early stages of schematic design are renovations to the career center and Freedom Elementary School, which will also house a FEMA safe room shelter.
